Traditional Art Classes for Children
Art Goat is now offering Traditional Art Classes for Children 6 and up. Choose from either Wednesday at 4 or Saturday morning at 10. The class will follow a year-long curriculum, and you can register your children on a monthly basis.
September: Drawing from Observation
October: Formulaic Drawing
November (3 sessions only): Drawing with Color Media
December (3 sessions only): Color Theory Exercises
January: Painting in Acrylic
February: Painting in Water-Soluble OIl
March: Clay Pottery and Sculpture
April: Wire and Plaster Sculpture
May: Printmaking
- Tuition is $85 per month; if you miss a class, you can attend a Tuesday or Friday Art Exploration session, if space is available, to catch up on your pieces, or you can take your work home to complete.
- Tuition for November and December is discounted to $65 because there are only three sessions in each of those months, accommodating the holidays.
- In order for the class to "make," at least two students must be registered for the session.
